<p>He wants to bring back the ruler and wooden spoon.  He was quoted in <a href="http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&#38;objectid=10591928" target="_blank">the Herald</a> as saying,</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>"I'm not opposed to the wooden spoon or ruler because you can control things with that better than you can with an open hand."</strong></p></blockquote>]]></description>

<p>We&#8217;d like to thank Larry for showing his true colours.  And evidently <a href="http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/politics/2778529/Key-signals-protection-for-parents" target="_blank">Bob McCoskrie agrees with him</a>. But where will it stop?</p>
